Resurrection Life

Resurrection of ChristImage via Wikipedia
~ ~
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.  For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrectionRomans 6:4-5

Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans 6:11

I <your name>, reckon or recognize and acknowledge myself to be dead unto sin but alive unto God through Jesus Christ my Lord.

I , am a new creation in Christ. Old things are passed away and all things have become new in Christ.  I do not have to make it so, it is so.  God the Father made it so through my faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.  2 Cor 5:17
I have an advantage and an ability to reign in life through the resurrection power that I affirm is mine through being grafted into Christ.   Therefore I boldly decree with my spirit, soul and body, that I will, by the grace of God, stand strong through this power that I have and fulfill my destiny in Christ. (Romans 5:17)
I am a winner and an overcomer in all that I think, say and do. Whether it be overcoming sin, succeeding in a sport or business, a particular talent, or my family life, I have the ability to reign.  Amen!

To be a Christian, its not about accepting Christ, its not about doing things.  A true Christian is committed to Christ, he/she has given themselves over to Christ and they committed to looking like Christ. A Christian turns away from their old life of sin and runs towards Christ and embraces the cross.  Romans 8:29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
